This plan was developed with reference to relevant strategic priorities, measurable goals and initiatives as outlined in the strategic plan of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. It is anticipated that each union within the Division will likewise develop a strategic plan with reference to the relevant strategic priorities, measurable goals and strategic initiatives as outlined in this plan. A similar process is anticipated of each local field and institution as well as local churches in the development of their plan. Hence, a thread of commonality and organized collaborative effort to fulfil the mission of this global organization.
